Interior Space Design and Automatic Layout Method Based on CNN

With the rapid rise in number of people buying houses, demand for interior space design has also increased accordingly. The diversification existing room types and diversity public’s perception fashion make designers short supply. future computer science technology field automatic indoor areas will be immeasurable. This paper proposes an layout method spatial area based on convolutional neural networks (CNN). CNN methods are a fast efficient method. By mimicking designer’s process, it two-stage algorithm that defines first wall later, provides large-scale dataset called RPLAN contains more than 80,000 plans from real residential buildings. Starting prediction living room, is completed by iteration. A large empirical results show effect this comparable to floor plan professional designers.
